Workshop organised by IDDRI, in partnership with the French Ministry Of Foreign and European Affairs.

This worksop concludes a 2-year series of seminars on ODA and emerging countries. Its goal is to produce practical recommendations for reforming French cooperation policy with, first, emerging countries in the context of their growing importance in the climate and natural resources issues and, second, with least developed countries in the context of the emergence of these new donors.

The workshop will gather around 15 participants from academia, think tanks and field around high-level French cooperation policy makers.
