Seminar presentation : "The UN negotiations on climate change are not likely to reach a legally binding global agreement within the next few years. Therefore, a new and complementary approach is needed. The Stockholm based think tank Global Challenge is proposing a European initiative to establish a Climate Investment Community, based on a Climate Investment Framework."
