Laurence Tubiana will participate in the side event of the Global Leadership for Climate Action (GLCA). This event will bring together global leaders from both the public and the private sectors and will address issues of technology and finance for mitigation and adaptation, both critical to a post-2012 global agreement on climate change.
The GLCA is a joint initiative of the United Nations Foundation and the Club of Madrid.
