Raphaël Billé and Julien Rochette participate in the 5th Ad hoc Legal and Technical Working Group Meeting on ICZM Protocol to the Nairobi Convention, organised by the Nairobi Convention Secretariat and the Indian Ocean Commission. They will provide a legal and technical assistance during the meeting.
