On May 25-26th, 2009, in Phnom Penh, Cyril Loisel moderated the ASEAN
workshop on forests and climate change that brought together UNFCCC focal points and forest policy officials of South East Asian nations. The workshop examined REDD policy implementation options and considered areas of regional cooperation among the ASEAN Member States. It was organised by the Cambodian Forestry Administration, assisted by ONF-International, and supported by the French development agency (AFD).
