At the opening of Local Government Climate Change Leadership Summit in Copenhagen (on 2-4 June), Laurence Tubiana will participate as guest speaker in a special session of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) Executive Bureau, whose president is Mayor of Paris Bertrand Delanoë.
