Emmanuel Guérin will participate to the Fifth European Climate Platform Seminar, dedicated to the Financial Architecture fot the Post-2012 Period.
He will be one of the discutants of the first Session dedicated to "Setting the scene: What shape for the financial architecture?".
This Seminar is an Initiative by MISTRA's Climate Policy Research Programme (CLIPORE) and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS).
