| The extraordinarily rapid development of the Chinese electricity sector casts a long shadow over global issues including environmental quality, climate and economic growth. Investors and policy makers alike have been concerned to trace out China's likely energy futures. Related to these issues, Heller's presentation will focus on the questions of:
