Jun Li works on policy instruments for energy efficiency in urban infrastructure in the emerging countries, in particular in the Chinese cities. He joined the Climate& Energy research team of Iddri as a doctoral researcher in January 2006. His research interests cover climate change, energy efficiency and carbon finance to allow transition to low-carbon cities in developing countries. Jun LI holds a M. Phil. in urban planning and received his Ph.D in economics from Paris School of Mines.
