| Lawyer of the Paris and Brussels bars. Until June 2007, he was Partner at the Huglo Lepage chambers; he headed the Brussels branch which he had created in 1998. He also worked at the European Commission Directorate-General for the Environment from 1994 to 1996 and from 1999 to 2003. He has been an associate researcher at IDDRI since 2007 and represents IDDRI at the European institutions in Brussels. | |||||||||||||
