Glen Wright joined IDDRI in March 2014.

He holds a degree in law from the Universities of Nottingham (United Kingdom) and Texas (United States), and a masters degree in law from the University of New South Wales (Australia). Glen is currently pursuing his PhD in Marine Governance with the Australian National University.

Glen Wright has a range of research interests and has published peer-reviewed papers on diverse topics, including renewable energy law and policy, marine governance and environmental law.

Prior to joining IDDRI, Glen Wright worked at REN21, an international renewable energy policy organisation. Previously he has worked for the Total Environment Centre, one of Australia’s leading environmental organisations, and at Freehills, a large Australian corporate law firm.
