Adil Najam

Research Professor
IIDD

Dr. Adil Najam has joined IISD (International Institute for Sustainable Development)  as an Associate in the Trade & Investment area. He holds a Ph.D.and two Master's degrees from MIT, a Specialization in Negotiation from the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Engineering and Technology. His current areas of research and writing include: international environmental policy with a particular focus on developing countries; international Multilateral Negotiation Processes; environmental security; global climate change negotiation and policy. Dr. Najam is currently serving as the Research Director for IISD.
