The scientific council

IDDRI's scientific council is made up of 16 members chosen for their expertise. It is supported by the Foundation's scientific council and by foreign experts. It performs three roles:

  • alerting people to and raising awareness of new issues;
  • providing advice and opinions on specific research, especially during the launch of programs;
  • ensuring scientific consistency between IDDRI?s activities and those of the FONDDRI.
