Prof. Fumikazu YOSHIDA is economist, Professor of Hokkaido University (Sapporo, Japan) and Professor of School of Public Policy, the Hokkaido University. Prof. Fumikazu YOSHIDA is the chairperson of Hokkaido Government Environmental Council. He is also involve in the in the Sustainability Governance Project witch is a member of The Integrated Research System for Sustainability Science (IR3S). He is specialized in High-Tech Pollution at the regional level and in Sustainable and Cyclical Economy. Its last books in English are The Economics of Waste and Pollution Management in Japan, Springer Verlag, Tokyo 2002, and The Cyclical Economy of Japan, Hokkaido University Press, Sapporo,2005.
