Robert Wolfe is Associate Professor and Director of the Masters in Public Administration program in the School of Policy Studies at Queen's University in Kingston. He was a Canadian foreign service officer for many years, serving abroad in Bangladesh and in the Canadian Delegation to the OECD in Paris. Professor Wolfe's research with Matthew Mendelsohn on Canadian public opinion on trade and globalization has appeared in International Journal (2001, 2004), Canadian Public Policy (2002), and the Canadian Journal of Political Science (2005). His work on institutions for North American integration is published by the Institute for Research on Public Policy (2003, 2005). Research on the Doha Round in the World Trade Organization appeared in Review of International Political Economy (2004) and his work on the WTO and regulatory transparency was published in World Trade Review (2003). His most recent publications are 'Decision-Making and Transparency in the "Medieval" WTO: Does the Sutherland Report Have the Right Prescription?,' in the Journal of International Economic Law, and 'See You in Geneva? Legal (Mis)Representations of the Trading System,' in the European Journal of International Relations. Professor Wolfe is currently working on institutional design in trade negotiations, and assessments of public consultations on trade policy.
