IDDRI organizes its publications policy around its own collections- Idées pour le débat, Analyses, Synthèses- to which are added La Lettre de l'Iddri and institutional publications, such as the annual report.

In addition to its own collections, IDDRI develops scientific and editorial partnerships in order to publish works on important issues. For example, Regards sur la Terre, the result of a collaboration with the French Development Agency and an editorial partnership with Les Presses de Sciences Po, will provide a yearly analysis of the key events for sustainable development, explore a specific topic and provide insights for better understanding the changes underway. The 2007 edition, for example, examines the issues linked to energy and climate change.

The studies conducted by the CLIP, Club d'Ingénierie Prospective Energie-Environnement, are reported in the publications of the review Les Cahiers du CLIP.
