Un rapport publié par l'Agence française de développement (AFD) en partenariat avec l'Iddri, consacré aux moyens mis en œuvre par l'AFD pour financer l'adaptation au changement climatique.
Présentation [en anglais] :
"AFD integrates climate change as a core component of its development and cooperation strategies: it helps its partners in developing and emerging countries address new climate-driven priorities, integrating climate change challenges in development strategies and improving resilience to its consequences. In 2009, AFD committed €2.4 million to combat climate change, including €400 million for adaptation efforts.
Beyond a general discussion of adaptation requirements, this dossier will illustrate the real needs in four sectors — water, agriculture, urban development and infrastructure — and demonstrate AFD's experience."
