Caroline Hoogendoorn works with the different teams at IDDRI to seek European and international financing, to prepare funding applications, and to supervise and implement management tools for ongoing projects.
After her studies, Caroline worked at DATAR on the planning of European structural funds and in Brussels (at the representation of the Ile-de-France region, at the representation of the French Chambers of Commerce, and at the International Association of Public Transport). She has thus gained an in-depth understanding of the European institutions, EU funding opportunities and project management.
Caroline speaks French, English and Dutch, and is a graduate in European law and European project management from Paris-Sorbonne University.
