Juliette is a Research Fellow working on international biodiversity governance. She follows negotiations within the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), more especially negotiations paving the way for COP15 in late 2020 in China.

Before joining IDDRI, Juliette worked for a project called “Post-2020 Biodiversity Framework - EU Support” at Expertise France. During this project, she focused on Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) systems that could track commitments and actions in order to increase transparency and accountability.

Juliette graduated from INALCO with a Master’s degree in International Relations. She then pursued her studies at Mines ParisTech, INSA Lyon and Tsinghua University in Beijing where she graduated with a Post-Master’s Degree in International Environmental Management and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Engineering.

Juliette speaks French, English and Chinese.
