Bettina Lê is in charge of the administrative and financial management of international projects as part of IDDRI's research projects, particularly those in the "Deep Decarbonization Pathways" programme. Before joining IDDRI, Bettina worked in the cooperation and external relations department of the New Caledonian government as coordinator of the 10th Pacific Island conference on nature conservation and protected areas. She then joined ONF International in the Kiwa Initiative Secretariat as communications and logistics officer. She has also worked for a number of research centres, including the IRD and the CNRS, as a project coordinator.
She is a graduate of the Institut d'études du développement économique et social (IEDES) at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and specialises in international project management.
