Béatrice Huou is a Senior Research Fellow for Food Supply within the “Agricultural and Food Policies” program. Her work focuses on the necessary evolution of food environments to facilitate the adoption of healthier and more sustainable diets. With a focus on the protein transition, she examines in depth the political, environmental, and economic challenges associated with the development of novel foods at the European level.
Béatrice has held various marketing and sales management positions in the agri-food industry, both in France and internationally, primarily on the manufacturing side (Nestlé, Lindt, Petit Navire). She also co-led the first agri-food track within the Business Climate Convention.
Béatrice holds a dual bachelor’s degree in European Management from Kedge Business School and Middlesex University. She also holds a Master’s degree with a specialization in Journalism from Celsa Sorbonne.
