Ben Katoka is a research fellow in the Governance for Sustainable Development Programme. His research focuses on development finance and fragile and conflict-affected contexts. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and an MA in Public Administration from Seoul National University, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Kinshasa. He also serves as a lecturer at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in South Korea.
