Elisabete Brito joined IDDRI in 2025 as Office Manager. She's in charge of assisting the Director and the executive team in managing their agenda and organizing internal events. She's in charge of the office space and contribues to creating a safe and pleasant work environment for the saff, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
With over ten years of experience as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant in associations, international institutions, and companies, Elisabete brings her expertise in administrative management, logistics, and team coordination to IDDRI. Her career, notably with Régions de France and the European Forum for Urban Security, has enabled her to develop a structured, versatile, and solutions-oriented approach, fully aligned with the institute’s mission and commitment to sustainable development.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation (English, German, Portuguese) from the University of Aveiro and a university certificate in Mediation and Conflict Management from Paris-Descartes University, combining organizational rigor with strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
