Philippine Lévy is a researcher within IDDRI's New Industrial Policies programme, working on European industrial policy issues.
She has worked on energy policy and the circular economy at the French National Assembly, along elected representatives sitting on the economic affairs and sustainable development committees. She also has experience in the NGO sector and at the OECD.
Philippine holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po Paris’ School of International Affairs, and a Bachelor in Economics from University College London, UK.
