    Depuis les résultats du premier tour de l’élection présidentielle, la réforme des institutions est revenue au premier rang des thèmes de campagne des deux finalistes. Pour le premier, il s’agit de démontrer sa volonté de faire place à davantage de participation dans l’exercice du pouvoir. Pour la seconde, la réforme du cadre constitutionnel est consubstantielle d’une remise en cause extrêmement inquiétante des valeurs fondamentales de notre République, en matière d’inclusion et de solidarité, et d’engagement européen et international.[...]
