A side event co-organised by IDDRI, Libelula (Peruvian think tank) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) within the framework of the 20th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) to be held in Lima (Peru), December 1-12, 2014.

Presentation:

"In collaboration with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and ECLAC, IDDRI has organised exchanges between think tanks in Latin America and the Caribbean on key issues related to the negotiations. This side event would be an opportunity to present the conclusions of this work and to start building the link between Lima and Paris, through exchanges between Latin American and European experts."
