A Paris Climat 2015: Make It Work conference, organised by Sciences Po’s Sustainable Development Center, École Polytechnique’s Sustainable Development Center, Alliance Program, and Columbia Global Center Paris.

Shyama V. Ramani (United Nations University, Founder of the NGO Friend in Need) will explore the interrelationships between poverty and climate change, first presenting a broad conceptual framework of the co-evolution of poverty alleviation and climate change in growth trajectories, and then presenting her insights as development practitioner in India.
