This event will discuss the feedback from the simulation of the COP21 conference, held from 26th to 31st May at the Théâtre des Amandiers, under the high patronage of Laurence Tubiana.
The debate, moderated by Sébastien Treyer, will focus around two key themes of the future negotiations: cities and carbon prices.
Overview:
Following an initiative of Sciences Po and guided by Laurence Tubiana and Bruno Latour, 200 students from all over the world, organized in 42 delegations, gathered in May at the Théâtre Nanterre Amandiers to take part in a major simulation of future negotiations. For 6 days, they debated, exchanged and produced an innovative text with the solutions and visions of their generation regarding the UN process of climate negotiations.
On 6th October, companies will be given the opportunity to interact with these students on the basis of the simulation’s results.
