From 4 to 7 October 2021, the University of Montpellier and its I-SITE MUSE partners are offering four days devoted to higher education, research and innovation on the eve of the New Africa France Summit which is being held in Montpellier on October 8, 2021. Organized by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, this event is aimed at the actors of change (entrepreneurs, intellectuals, researchers, artists, sportsmen, creators, influencers...).

Sébastien Treyer will moderate the panel discussion on October, 7 at 04:30-05:30 pm CEST, with:

  • Bancy Mbura Mati, CFS-HLPE Steering Committee member
  • Youba Sokona, IPCC Vice-President
  • Wanda Markotter, One Health HLEP Vice President

African members of the four major international science-policy interfaces discuss together, highlighting the strong interconnections among the challenges of food systems, climate change, biodiversity loss and health issues
