A presentation by Laure Criqui at the workshop "Water Governance in Times of Relentless Urban Growth" organised by SciencesPo, National university of Singapore and the university of Paris-cité Sorbonne.
The workshop will start by addressing some grounding conceptual issues for thinking water systems today, namely reference models, the major drivers of change, the role of expertise and the development of specific management approaches of the resource.
