Elisabeth Druel holds a Master degree in maritime and oceanic law.
She worked during two years in the Directorate General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (European Commission) on the fight against illegal fishing. She has joined the biodiversity programme of IDDRI from 2011 to 2014 to work on biodiversity governance issues in high seas.
