Jeanne-Alix Berne is a Research Fellow in the Europe section of the Agricultural and Food Policies programme. She is involved in a number of European prospective studies on the transition to sustainable agri-food systems.
Before joining IDDRI, Jeanne-Alix worked at INRAE (Institut national de recherche pour l'Agriculture, l'alimentation et l'environnement) on the European Agriculture without Chemical Pesticides in 2050 project.
Jeanne-Alix has a degree in agricultural engineering from AgroParisTech, specialising in agricultural development.
