Faced with a growing demand for infrastructure and territorial planning, the conservation of biodiversity is under threat. In this context, offsetting biodiversity is often presented as a “win-win” solution, reconciling biodiversity protection and development. But, instead, could it be a right to destroy?

This seminar with Fabien Quétier and Harold Levrel, co-organised in cooperation with the INVALUABLE research project, will takes stock of this complex and crucial debate.
