A summary of the conference will be available in the next few days.

The COPs (Conferences of the Parties) of the Convention on Biological Diversity are held every two years. COP15, held in Montreal under the Chinese presidency in December 2022, saw the adoption of a global framework for biodiversity, setting targets and objectives to be achieved by 2030 and 2050. The COP stressed the need to involve all stakeholders, from all sectors, in implementing this global framework.

IDDRI and the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB), in partnership with Mines Paris -  School of the Université PSL, will provide a review of progress made in this mobilisation in the run-up to COP16, scheduled for autumn 2024.
