The social aspect of French eating habits is the subject of our new episode.

The transformation of our eating habits towards more sustainable food consumption is a social issue, but it is linked to complex cultural representations. There is no such thing as an “average French person” when it comes to what we eat, but rather different habits and practices depending on social groups. IDDRI is conducting in-depth research on this emerging issue. What are the relationships between different social groups and these food practices? What public and private levers can be used to change them? Clémence Nasr answers Sophie Larmoyer's questions.
