Presentation
This document describes in detail the methodology used to produce the TRAMe2035 (Transition of Household Diets) scenario, presented in Bookl 1.
To our knowledge, this methodology—comprising two parts, one qualitative, the other quantitative—is pioneering in its consideration of social diversity, and in its use of the theory of practices for foresight purposes. As such, it is necessarily open to improvement, and this document is also intended to detail the limitations of the method, and to facilitate any possible replication.
