Laurence Tubiana will participate in the side event at the COP-13/MOP-3 in Bali, on December 11, co-organized by the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development),and IEA.
With Richard Armand (Entreprises pour l'Environnement), Laurence Tubiana will present the "Carbon constraint scenario to 2050" study, a project of the IDDRI's fondation.

Presentation of the side event:

Representatives will explore how business and governments can work together effectively to scale up the investment and deployment of low carbon technologies, how parallel market approaches can be linked to a global system, and how to meet the needs of developing countries.
