Often singled out or described as an industry, the livestock industry is facing many oppositions and questions. At the crossroad between economic, environmental and ethical issues and challenges, what developments for livestock farming in the post-COVID19 world? What are the concrete implications and what place should be given to science in this debate? How can we rethink our breeding models and their impact on biodiversity? Should the transition to veganism be considered?
