An informal dialogue involving various actors and stakeholder in order to clarify the way forward by focusing on:
- how to effectively deepen Africa-EU partnership within the context of regionalised ACP-EU relations; and
- how to subsequently give a clear purpose to the ‘umbrella’ of the overarching ACP-EU framework in EU-Africa relations – in respect of the principles of subsidiarity and complementarity.
