"A green exit out of Euro crisis? The Eurozone is still stuck in a downward spiral : high public and private debts weigh on potential growth ; gloomy prospects for growth prevent the further reduction of these debts. Thus far, Europe's response to the debt crisis has been impeded by a false juxtaposition of austerity and stimulus. What can be an exit from this vicious circle?"
